Q: How do I cancel?
A: If you are a subscribed member and are having problems logging in or billing, please send an email to customerservice (at) investingwhisperer.com before phoning the customer support line.
For cancellations you can log into your paid subscription account and cancel from there. Or email us.
For change of credit card, again you can email us for support or log into the account and change it yourself.
The customer service email address is monitored 7 days a week while the phone line is only monitored during business hours, Monday to Friday. The support number is also shared with oilandgas-investments.com

Q: When I sign up for Keith’s premium service, how do I log in to the Investing Whisperer member’s centre?
A: The Members section link is located at the top of every web page. For quick reference, you can bookmark the Investing Whisperer log-in page (shown below) on your computer. Also be sure to keep your username and password handy, and keep a backup copy.

Q: Do you have any helpful advice for new subscribers?
A: For starters, click on the reports at the top of the member’s centre, as they are the companies that Keith is examining most closely. Next, click on ‘Our Latest Portfolio’ to review all open and closed positions. And, while you’re in the Members Centre, scroll down to read through our Alerts, Portfolio Purchases and Sales, and Updates.
Q: I would like to change my current password to something more personalized – how do I do that?

Q: What can I expect from Keith’s bulletins?
A: These are stories my team and I develop on new trends and trades in the smallcap market space. I send them out by email one to two times each week.
Q: What about Keith’s premium service? How much does it cost, and what is your refund policy?
A: The quarterly subscription rate is $1497 annually, and includes a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee for first time subscribers only. No refunds are afforded with the monthly option.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: VISA or Mastercard. All payments are securely processed.
Q: I’m a paid subscriber, but I’ve noticed I’m not getting Subscriber Alerts… please advise.
A: Paid subscribers should be alerted whenever we update the member centre. If you’re a paid subscriber and NOT getting Subscriber Alerts. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we find out what happened.
Q: How do I purchase stocks listed on the Canadian exchanges?
A: This is a question I get quite frequently. Hopefully the following information will be of help:
1. Most Canadian stocks have an OTC or pink sheet listing in the US, which can usually be found at sites such as http://money.msn.com/stocks or http://finance.yahoo.com or www.stockhouse.com. The stocks trade more thinly on the OTC, and usually have five letters in the symbol with the last one being F, for Foreign.
2. Some Canadian stockbrokers will take American clients if they have investable assets of $100,000
3. Well-known US brokers who deal in Canadian stocks include:

Q: I’d like to change my email address on file. What do I do?
A: The fastest way is to email customer service at:

In your email, please indicate your current email address, along with the new email address you’d like us to start using.
Q: How do I make sure I get all Free Alerts and/or Paid Subscriber Alerts?
A: Follow this link to “whitelist” OilandGas-Investments.com with most email service providers (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, etc.) Whitelisting is safe, easy, and ensures your emails get through in timely fashion. Our simple whitelisting directions are provided for nearly all email service providers.
A: Our primary means of communication is via email. Rest assured, we will never sell, rent, lease, or otherwise abuse your email address. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, simply send an email to our customer service department indicating your request, along with the email address you wish to have removed from our database.
Q: When I click the links in your emails, nothing happens. Please advise.
A: This may be happening because some email providers disable links for the safety of their users. Try copying and pasting the link into the address bar of your web browser.
Q: How do I download Adobe Acrobat Reader, so that I can read your .PDF reports in the Members Centre?
A: If you don’t have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader downloaded — or you are using version 4.0 or less — please go to www.adobe.com to download the latest version, following their easy instructions.
Q: I have completed the Adobe Acrobat Reader download. Yet when I attempt to download a PDF file, the screen appears black or blank. Can this be fixed?
A: Please try right clicking on the link, then choose: Save Target As. Save the File to your computer’s desktop. Then go to your desktop and left click on the new icon on your desktop. This should open the PDF file.
Q: Is my Username/Password case sensitive?
A: Yes. Also, keep in mind — if you are copying and pasting your username/password, be sure there are no spaces before or after (in which case, you’ll want to manually enter your log-in information.
